halloweenish festivitations!

lu's wicked spooky pumpkin on the left, my impressionist totoro on the right

halloween dinner party with witchy squid-ink black pasta and festive masks (such as the mustache on a stick)

nothing like stake conference on halloween...especially with the frightening Keith B. McMullin of the Presiding Bishopric...

The annual Charles regatta.  This year we took a spot on the Eliot bridge: the tight squeeze under the bridge and sharp turn of the Charles after the bridge resulted in a lot of near collisions and gave the coxswains something to yell about.
October is also a great month for patriotic mini-golfing and leaf peeping (pics ala Beast)

Finally, we were fortunate to have a very special house guest over Halloween and especially delighted to find tucked in her luggage some Halloween cheer of her own.

Happy Halloween!!
